This week was amazing and this next week is going to be even better! We are finally started to get some things rolling in Skien. We had four investigators at church this week. At church in our investigator class we watched the Restoration Film and the spirit that comes with that is amazing. We had a new investigator from last week who had a lot of potential. I know he will get baptized if he continues on the path he is going. We taught him twice this last week with Bishop Top and he has been reading from the Book of Mormon. I was so excited to see him come to church! Our investigator class was full and we had everyone go around and tell little bit about themselves. One said, <<jeg er ikke et medlem men Godfrey jobber med meg>> (I'm not a member but Godfrey is working with me) ha ha. After church i went and sat next to him and said, <<Ja vel... Når passer det for å møte denne uke?>> (ya well... when can we meet this week?) He replied, <<Hva med Tirsdag?>> (what about tuesday?) Other investigators are still coming along well and both want to be baptized but won't commit to anything solid because they want to learn more.
How is everything going? It's finally started to get warmer! It was in the low 40s this week and when the sun is out it feels delightful. Last P-day we went to a place called, Verdensende which means the end of the world. It was way cool and it was right on the ocean. We went bouldering through all these rocks and made it all the way to a point. It became extremely windy and it looked like a big storm was coming in off the ocean. The waves were huge and when we weren't looking a big wave came up and crashed upon the rocks and the water shot up and hit the back of our legs, it was pretty intense. We had a good time! The next day we had District Meeting and i got a call about and hour in a half before district meeting from President Johansen. He asked if he could come to our district meeting. I of course told him yes and started to become really nervous ha ha. I felt pretty confident about my presentation i had prepared so i just did my thing. It turned out really good and afterwards President he was very impressed with our District Meeting. I really enjoy presenting things and my communication skills have increased a lot. After District Meeting we went on splits, Elder Morris and I took a train down to Skien and began to work. We had a good time together and then we switched back on Wednesday afternoon.
This week is going to be a busy one. Were going on splits again and Elder Anderson is going to be with me. We are teaching three school classes this week which means we will probably teach over 100 students about the Restored Gospel. I'm so excited! The future looks bright here in Skien. I should be staying here this next transfer and be mothering an Elder from Iceland. That is the plan anyways so we will see. Were starting to get a good support system from the ward now. We went and ate dinner at Adrian and Rebekke Andersons house on Satuday. They are awesome and are like some of my favorite members in Skien. They are in there 20s and both served missions. Adrian got up in Priesthood meeting and told everyone that we have really good missionaries right now in Skien and we need to give them referrals. We are going to eat at there place again on Saturday again and he is going to bring a friend that we can teach afterwards. Rebekke also has a referral for us that she wants us to start working with.
This work is moving forward and it's exciting work. I'm so grateful to be a part of it and i can't begin to tell you how excited i am for Jakob and Justin for their missions. It really is the best two years of your life. We have the truth and we have the formula for success and happiness. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that we can find answers in the Book of Mormon to our daily problems.
Other: The house is looking really good! Keep sending pictures of different parts of the house. I hadn't seen if for a while. Is there any other houses that are getting built in the neighborhood and if there is will you take some pictures of them and send them. That is awesome that my boy Jeremy won the slam dunk contest. I was looking at the plans this morning and are you all putting cabinets in the garage and if you are make sure you don't put any on the back side of the deep garage so you can put the trailer and suburban one behind the other if that makes sense ha ha. I can't believe everyone is getting married now. Our Christie and Janel still not sure about moving? That would be way sick if Jake went to Southern University. I would have him apply there to see if he could get a scholarship as well as BYU Hawaii. If i go home at the end of March in 2013, i could finish my schooling at Weber during the summer and then i could go with Jake to BYU

By the way i was getting off the bus today to go to the church and slipped on the asphalt. I was carrying a big box of Books of Mormon and the box landed on my hand. It hurt really bad and now i have to really bruised fingers ha ha. I also tore up my suit pants but that is alright because i haven't even worn the other pair of pants that i have. Also good job on the missionary work with Norma. I think what would really help is if you got her to open up about her mission and asked for miracles and cool stories that happened to her. I wish more of our family was active in the church. It is the way for true and everlasting happiness. Love you all!
